Initiate Your Request
Log into your ANTHBOT account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days once our warehouse confirms the inspection.
